Wintergreen Bursary Information

The Wintergreen Fund for Conservation is once again providing a $750 bursary to a student graduating from High School who has decided to further their education in the environmental science field.

An application form shall be filled out by the student and submitted directly to Wintergreen. Members will review the submissions and decide who the recipient will be based on the applicant’s interest and involvement with environmental studies and conservation.

The bursary is open to:

  • Students currently attending their final year of high school in the City of Timmins.
  • Students who will be entering their first year of full-time undergraduate study in a college or university.
  • Students who have a demonstrated record of participation, leadership or volunteerism in the promotion of conservation awareness and the environment in our local watershed.
